Hi. I’m Sarah Boyer, a Personal Trainer and Mac Nutrition Evidence Based Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience. I’m passionate about empowering women to develop a healthy relationship with training, nutrition, and their bodies.

I started my fitness journey in gymnastics and fell in love with the discipline, resilience, and self-expression it offered. However, after retiring. I struggled with binge drinking, disordered eating, and low self-esteem. It wasn’t until my early 20s that I decided to accept and care for my body, which led to positive changes without focusing on weight loss.

Entering the fitness industry, I encountered a toxic environment that prioritised progress over well-being. It nearly broke me, and I realised it wasn’t the right path for me. Since then, I’ve embraced a more holistic approach to health and learned from various experts worldwide.

My goal is to help you understand the principles of fat loss, muscle gain and overall health while fostering a positive and supportive relationship with food and training.
